Previously, I wrote a post on the launch of Apple iPhone 3G - a full featured mobile phone. Today, Vodafone India, announced its launch in India from around september 2008 and have opened pre-registration for the latest Apple iPhone 3G. All you have to do is send SMS to their provided number and they will contact you back.

Also, the final talks on guidelines on 3G technology by TRAI are going to complete soon, and that will add-on to the enthusiasm of 3G use with latest iPhone. So thats a double good news for gizmo freaks in India.

Now what’s new about latest iPhone 3G model ? It will now support 3rd Generation mobile technology, GPS navigation, Microsoft exchange server and more. Third party applications and mobile games will be sold from apple store now.

3G technology will make it possible to access fast internet, read emails and download ringtones over supported networks. You can even call when connected to internet - that’s multitasking, possible with 3G.

Not much change in design, but the screen will be little wide, which will now support 3.5 inch cell phone wallpapers. Also album artwork will be supported as with iPod. HTML rich Safari browser will give a rich internet experience. Can’t wait more, gonna buy it for sure.

Great news for the iPhone lovers. One of the fastest selling cellular phone - Apple iPhone will now be available with 3G technology. Apple announced about Apple iPhone 3G in an official press release.

According to the data “iPhone 3G combines three products in one - a revolutionary phone, a widescreen iPod and a breakthrough Internet device. It features 3G, built-in GPS and a great music player”

Though the sale will be limited to US only in the start but expecting it to available worldwide soon. I am going to buy it for sure. Can’t wait for its release at my place.
